Great transmission shop. Boss Lady is the best and she makes sure the job gets done with the warranty companies. Endurance wanted to give us the run around but she made it happen. My truck was there waiting on approval but other than that their service was fast and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone having transmission issues. Thank you all for your hard work!!

I was having issues with the shifter in my fusion, tried everything that I could (I’m not a car guy by any means), so I went to Donnie and Debbie and they had my car fixed up and ready to go in about an hour. They were already busy but they squeezed me in and my car is running fantastically! I highly recommend them for any transmission issues you may have. Customer service very welcoming and friendly! Good people. 10/10 for sure

I usually do services on my vehicle. Well, i changed the transmission filter and gasket on my Chevy Colorado with the 8L45 model. And as I was attempting to take the pan out, I didn’t realize I still needed like half an inch of clearance. I tried wiggling the pan back and forth and trying at a different angle. In the midst, I damaged a solenoid and main plug. 🤦‍♂️. I got it towed over on a Tuesday night and by Friday the vehicle was repaired. 500 bucks, which is honestly less than it should have been considering the parts and labor that goes into it. They even showed me what I damaged when I picked the vehicle up and gave me a playful hard time. Super professional and accommodating. Great team!

Very friendly shop. Just moved to the area and had the transmission in my 1984 Dodge Ramcharger go out. Other shops in the area said they didn't have anyone able to work on something this old but when I called Donnie Wheeler Transmission they were able to get it into the shop and did a full rebuild for a very reasonable price. What impressed me more was that they stood behind their work. When I first went to pick it up there was still an issue due to the torque converter so they took it right back and corrected the mistake without charging extra fees. Since this was my daily driver I'm very happy that they were able to get it fixed and I'll keep them in mind for any future transmission work.

Brought my 2016 mustang gt premium in for a fluid change and the mechanic kept me updated and in the loop of everything that was going on. Great communication and great service. This is definitely a shop you can come to and expect to have honest mechanics. I would absolutely come back here for any work on my transmission and I would recommend this shop to others. Thank you.
